DeviantPunk 001 – JonasDeRo

Welcome to the first DeviantPunk spotlight!

Each week we’ll be looking at a new artist or illustrator who creates Cyberpunk art and posts it on DeviantArt, “the world’s largest online social community for artists and art enthusiasts.”

This week we have Jonas De Ro, a Belgian/Portugese concept artist and Photoshop ninja currently working for Wizards of the Coast in London, UK (you can follow him on Facebook and on DeviantArt).  He produces fantasy and cyberpunk art, mostly, and it’s just incredible.  It can be really difficult deciding which photos or illustrations to choose for one of these spotlights when the artist in question has produced so much high quality work…

That’s why you’ve got 10 of JonasDeRo’s best pieces of Cyberpunk art to look over below.  Click to enlarge and enjoy!

Zymepunk was drawn into the world of cyberpunk by Deus Ex and Blade Runner and now looks both back and forwards in time for anything that may come close to those masterpieces.
