Great drinks, cyberpunk vibe, awesome bartenders, small arcade, live music and DJs. This is my regular hang out. Yes, that is ED-209 on the wall.

Damn, I’m pretty jealous. I’ve seen no evidence of cyberpunk culture here in GR yet, but I haven’t been living here for too long yet. I didn’t know St. Louis has places like this (but now that I think about it, it makes sense).

Hey Shadowlink, yeah amazingly St. Louis is a tech startup hub. Due to low cost of living and overhead mixed with a heavy nightlife culture, you end up with a lot of places that fit that cyberpunk vibe.

I feel like Chicago is the most cyberpunk city in the Midwest. Every time I drive through it I feel like I’m in Akira and I always pass a digital billboard that displays an Oculus Rift Go. You know, that VR thing that Mark Zuckerberg wants every household to own. No nefarious, privacy-invading or mind-control-inducing intentions there. It could only be more cyberpunk if the ads were broadcast as holograms and everyone was in self-driving cars.

Yeah, I’ve played Chicago a few times and it definitely has the big city cyberpunk vibes. There was a cyberpunk club there for a long while called NEO that closed a few years back unfortunately.
